The Pupil Premium funding has been allocated in the following ways:

  • To provide provision teaching for children in year 6 to enable them to attain national expectations in maths and English.
  • To provide adult support for pupils in class.
  • To provide CPD on behaviour management.
  • To provide training for staff in the Thrive programme, to support pupils in emotional development


Curriculum focus of PPG spending 2015/16

Objectives in spending PPG:

  1. To accelerate progress in reading, writing and maths, enabling year 6 pupils to narrow the gaps and reach national expectations
  2. To develop pupil’s key skills in maths and English
  3. To help pupil’s learning through emotional development.
